3. Processing the Data in Morpheus™

Once you have loaded your CGH and UUT measurement data files into Morpheus™, the software will automatically process it. Do not worry, your original data is never manipulated or adjusted in any way! Morpheus™ creates a copy of your data and processes the copy. This way, you can always go back to your original data and reprocess it if you wish.

When the processing pipeline is run, the three key processing steps will be applied to your measurement data. These steps are:

  1. Align and remove the CGH substrate error
  2. Correct mapping relations between the test optic (UUT) and the CGH
  3. Detect and optionally remove misalignment modes detected in the measurement
