11. Reporting a Bug

To report a bug in the software, please use our bug reporting form. This form can be accessed by clicking the menu button in the main window title bar and selecting ‘Report a Bug’. This will open a new window with the bug reporting form, or, if you do not have internet access, will provide a link to the bug reporting form to complete on a device that can access the internet. Please fill out the form and click ‘Submit’ to report the bug to AOM. Also, please include the log file, which is described below. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve Morpheus™ in the future.

Log File

If you are reporting a bug, please include the log file. The log file can be found in the following location:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\morpheus\app-VERSION\app.txt

Replace USERNAME with your username and VERSION with the version of Morpheus™ you are using. The log file is a text file that contains information about the software, including any errors that may have occurred.
