| We are happy to announce that our Senior Optical Engineer, Dr. Shelby Ament, and her husband Craig Ament have welcomed their first child!!! Lainey was born in October and is healthy and happy as she settles into her new life with mom and dad.
The Ament family visited the office last week to show everyone their new baby girl, and she did not disappoint with cuteness! She even woke up to say hi, and ask for some lunch 😁. Lainey’s hobbies so far include interferometry, dressing up in disguises, eating, sleeping and … well you know the rest. Shelby will return to work in January, and we are looking forward to having her back in action soon! First order of business? Chairing the Sensing and Metrology Session of the Arizona Photonics Days conference here in Tucson, AZ. |
