We’re excited to welcome Matt Poling, a lover of all things tech, to the AOM team! With 25 years of experience in IT and software engineering, Matt brings a wealth of expertise from the optics industry, including previous experience with Phase Shift Technology, ADE Corp, Zygo, and Inter-Optics. He also the co-founded Jigsaw Software Systems and holds a BS in Information Systems.
Outside of work, Matt is passionate about music and audio/video. On weekends, you’ll find him at church, either setting up gear or performing as a singer, guitarist, pianist, or drummer. He also enjoys grilling and spending time with his family in the backyard. Matt has been married to his wife, Alli, for 22 years, and they have two children: Mady (19) and Nathan (18).
